Brooklyn, NY +MVA/Overturned+ A motor vehicle accident on Ocean Parkway and Avenue "L" with one vehicle that overturned and a pedestrian that was struck and is pinned under the vehicle, one aided is unresponsive, Hatzolah responding with two ambulances, BLS and medics and back-up medics all on a rush code-1 to the scene.
