US - Kosher Market Grows By 15 Percent

United States - Sales of kosher foods in the grew by 15 percent in the last 12 months, according to data just released.  

The annual survey released in advance of the upcoming kosher food show at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center indicates that this is the 10th straight year for double digit growth by the industry. An estimated 11.2 million Americans buy kosher food products on a fairly regular basis with nearly three times the amount (21 percent of all Americans) buying an occasional product.
